1. Q: Which size should I choose?
All products are sold according to the international sizing scheme used by the designer. To convert this to your usual size, simply click on the Shoe Size Chart link which you will find your own size. In addition, our team of Fashion Advisors can answer all your questions on sizing and fit-simply contact us at service.leeyi@gmail.com for advice.
2. Q:What happens if the products I ordered are out of stock?
If our logistic center informs us of the shortage of the products you ordered in 24 hours, we will contact with you timely and tell you how long it will take for your products to be sent out. If the time is too long for you to wait, we will handle with your refunding in time. If you think you could wait, we will inform you of the receiving day when we have gotten the shipping information from our factory. You could change for another style of products, of course. Maybe you will find other products which are more suitable to you or you could get the products you like more quickly.
3.Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed? You will receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Q: Can I make changes or cancel my online order?

5.Q: How can I track the status of my order?

7.Q: What should I do when I receive the product(s)?
Please make sure that the product(s) is in good condition because it will be hard for us to accept returning and exchanging for product(s) which is damaged by human nature. So we suggest you to check the products the very time you receive them. If the damage is caused by us, inform us in time, please. We will confirm the damage seriously and give you an exchanging.
